1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or utilizing The Halftone Gazette (hereinafter "the Gazette", "the Service", or "we"), you affirm that you have read, comprehended, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Publication. If you do not consent to these terms in their entirety, you must discontinue use of the site immediately.

2. Intellectual Property & Your Ownership of Converted Imagery

Your Content Remains Your Property: The Gazette claims zero ownership, license, or intellectual property rights over the images, photographs, or graphics you import or generate through the studio. All outputs belong exclusively to you, and you are free to utilize them for personal, artistic, or commercial endeavors without royalty, licensing fee, or required attribution.

All underlying website design, editorial articles, custom typography bindings, brand marks, and code implementations remain the intellectual property of The Halftone Gazette and its creators, protected under applicable copyright and international intellectual property conventions.

3. Permitted & Prohibited Conduct

You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Gazette’s tools for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • Interfere with, impair, or disrupt the operation of Cloudflare edge networks distributing the service.
  • Attempt automated denial-of-service attacks or malicious script injections.
  • Process materials that infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of third parties without proper authorization.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Gazette is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the application will function uninterrupted or error-free on all hardware configurations.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall The Halftone Gazette, its contributors, or infrastructure providers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to, use of, or inability to use the service.
